Testing and balancing your HVAC system is exceedingly important to its optimal running and efficiency. As a TABB™ certified company, our technicians are committed to the welfare of those who live and work in the buildings we service. As such, we follow strict standards when installing all indoor environmental systems to ensure they function optimally.

The Testing and Balancing Process

During retrofits or construction processes, our technicians first review and evaluate the design documents for their ability to balance and review the documents with the design crew. During tenant improvements, retrofits and preventive maintenance, they continue to monitor and observe providing field data reports and readying for the testing and balancing phase. Once installation is complete and HVAC systems are operational, then the testing and balancing phase begins.

During the testing and balancing phase, we test and balance all of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and subsystems, including the controls. Once we have the results, we thoroughly document and submit them to the engineer and project owner.

If the HVAC system is not performing within acceptable parameters, we document the deficiencies and submit them to the responsible parties.
