We have four levels of HVAC preventive maintenance agreements; which are our Customized Professional Maintenance Program III (CPM III), Customized Professional Maintenance Program II (CPM II), Guaranteed Professional Maintenance Program (GPM), and our Guaranteed Lifetime Protection (GLP). Their distinctive scopes of coverage are as follows:

Customized Professional Maintenance Program III - (CPM III)

TEST AND INSPECT maintenance offering provided by the majority of HVAC service companies, allowing for verifying operation of HVAC systems and testing for proper refrigerant charge, worn and/or failed parts and filter changes.

Customized Professional Maintenance Program II - (CPM II)

Comprehensive PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE offering provided for enhanced maintenance tasks such as cleaning of coil surfaces and condensate pans, calibrating operating and safety controls, lubrication of all motors, tightening of all electrical connections and painting for corrosion control. This program is designed specifically to protect the building owner's investment by extending the HVAC equipment's useful life, maximizing operating efficiency and reducing operating costs.

Guaranteed Professional Maintenance Program - (GPM)

In addition to comprehensive preventive maintenance, this program provides for one fixed annual cost to the owners by including REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT labor and parts, as well as emergency trouble calls. It covers all maintainable components and parts of the HVAC system; excluding non-maintainable items, such as ductwork, boiler shell and tubes, cabinets, heat exchangers, piping, tube bundles, and valve bodies as examples.

Guaranteed Lifetime Protection - (GLP)

The premier guaranteed, comprehensive preventive maintenance program in the industry today and only offered by authorized LINC ServiceŽ contractors world-wide. It provides for total coverage of the building HVAC systems by providing for comprehensive preventive maintenance, as well as repairs and/or replacement of all parts of the HVAC system, including ductwork, grilles, tubes, piping, heat exchangers, etc. Benefits to the customer include fixed budgetable cost, extended equipment life, optimum comfort conditions, single source responsibility, reduced system downtime, expenses reduced and most of all, NO SURPRISES.

LINC Service Building Analysis (LSBA) - The building analysis is a comprehensive investigation and evaluation to identify any existing or potential building comfort and/or mechanical system problems. Through in-house engineering and technical field support we can thoroughly evaluate the building. Expert energy and cost effective solutions are then developed and recommended based upon our Building Analysis.
